AND THE AWARD GOES TO.............MY GIVEAWAY WINNER.

The Winner of my CSN Stores giveaway is Ginger from Cottage on Rosewood. Ginger, I am emailing you your certificate.Congratulations.

Do you like my new bust?  No pun intended.  I bought her yesterday from a second hand store.I thought she was quite lovely.  I have no idea where she was made, but I was drawn to her. I love the shape of her face and lips. Although not a Nick Knacky kinda guy.............................  hubby doesn't object to her presence.

  1. Some of these good African carvings fetch very good money these days, Raz - although I'm not trying to monetarise your purchase! I love they way they celebrate the wonderful and classical African features like those astounding breasts (and this is not meant to be a racist or sexist comment!) like the Greek sculptors did with Europeans. It was so nice to be in Cuba, and see women of all different shapes, sizes and ethnic backgrounds who were utterly relaxed about how they had been formed at birth.

  2. Awesome! It is amazing what we find for our homes. Last week a black chicken with white polka dots spoke to me. Enjoy her, she is lovely! Kit
